Job Description
Iluka Resources is seeking a Concentrating & Tailings Superintendent to lead the concentrating and separation operations at their Balranald operation in south western New South Wales, Australia. The role involves setting and delivering the strategic direction of the fixed plant team, ensuring concentrate specifications are met and tailings streams are effectively managed.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and managing employees and contractors in a mining/resources environment
- Significant experience in the management of mining contractors and personnel, combined with fixed plant management experience
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting solutions capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quarry Managers Certificate desirable
- Valid C class driver’s licence
