The Account Executive supports and demonstrates IMA's core values, maintains overall responsibility of the entire renewal with the Producer, and maintains intimate knowledge of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within the insurance industry
- At least 2 years in an Account Executive of equivalent role
- Expertise in construction, real estate, and health services verticals preferred
- Ability to think strategically based on client’s priorities and marketplace cycle
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience leading and developing people
- Ability to delegate and hold team & partners accountable
- Experience working within Applied Epic preferred
- Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Travel may be required when necessary
