The Client Service Representative-Marine will be responsible for retention by managing the client service aspects of a marine book of business, and support assigned advisors and current clients by performing various duties.
Requirements
- Florida 2-20 License Required
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Three to five years related experience and/or training
- An insurance designation, equivalent to CPCU, AAI or CIC is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with each customer through active listening
- Experience dealing with multiple insurance carriers
- Knowledge of Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System beneficial
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
