AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Act as the main reference point for the customer/departments/agents for all activities following the sale of the machines and promote the sale of spare parts, services and upgrades; Manage technical interventions at Clients, startup, ordinary/extraordinary maintenance and any malfunctions;

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role of technical assistance to customers;
• Background of technical studies with a mechanical/mechatronic or electrical orientation;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication-relational skills, technical-commercial attitude and strong team-working orientation;
• Availability for occasional and short-term transfers.
