Customer Service Engineer for IMA Group, responsible for technical issues with customers/agencies, remote support, and technical installation interventions.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar technical assistance role for customers
- Technical studies (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic)
- Knowledge of automatic machines, preferably on labelers
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication-relational skills and strong team working orientation
- Availability for travel, up to a maximum of 80 days per year
- Previous use of a management system (preferably SAP) and CRM systems
