High School diploma, 1+ years of experience in outreach, customer service, or call center environment, bilingual Spanish required

At least 3 years of experience as a Pediatric PA or NP, board certification, and experience managing medically complex pediatrics required

3+ years of experience in Data Science, including proficiency in Python and SQL. Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, statistics, and research methods

9+12 years of software development experience, 5+ years of experience managing engineers, prior experience at a hypergrowth company

Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Bachelor's degree, 3 years of actuarial experience

6+ years of experience, 1-2 years of management experience, proven track record of building or scaling support operations

5+ years of Product Management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills

Associate or working towards Associate of the Society of Actuaries, 2-4 years of actuarial experience, Bachelor's degree

4-7 years' experience in a client-facing/client success role, preferably with health plan clients, and a commercial mindset to help the company meet its high growth goals

Active TN RN license required, 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, and 1–2 years in pediatric emergency medicine experience
