We coordinate with existing care teams, specialists, and community partners to provide 24/7 medical, behavioral, and social support. Our services are available in Texas, Florida, and Washington D.C.

Acute Care Pediatric Registered Nurse
Bachelor's degree, 4+ years' pediatric nursing experience, and 1-2 years' Pediatric ED/Urgent Care experience required
Partner Success Senior Manager
4-7 years' experience in a client-facing/client success role, preferably with health plan clients, and a commercial mindset to help the company meet its high growth goals
Pediatric In-Home & Acute Care Registered Nurse
Active DC RN license required, 4+ years pediatric nursing experience, and PALS & BLS certification
Senior Product Manager
5+ years of Product Management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
Business Development Operations Manager
4-6+ years of experience in business operations or a related field, strong analytical skills, and ability to understand commercial context
Pediatrician
5 years post-residency experience, MD or DO, Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
Project Engineer
Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience in process improvement, Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Pediatrician
MD or DO with Washington state license, 5 years post-residency experience, experience managing children with medical complexity
Pediatrician
Unrestricted MD or DO, Board Certification in Pediatrics, 5 years post-residency experience, and experience managing children with medical complexity
Senior Actuary Analyst
Associate or working towards Associate of the Society of Actuaries, 2-4 years of actuarial experience, Bachelor's degree
