Acute Care Registered Nurse & Pediatric In-Home Care Specialist

As a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, family-centered care in the home and community while flexing into virtual acute care nursing to support urgent pediatric needs.

Requirements

• Active TN RN license
• PALS & BLS
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• EMS (EMT/P) experience and 2+ years of pediatric home care experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, ideally including high-acuity settings (ED, urgent care, transport, or similar)
• 1–2 years in pediatric emergency medicine experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
• Comfort driving long distances in varied weather conditions
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in the home environment
• Comfort with EMRs, virtual platforms, and mobile documentation tools
