In-Home Registered Nurse, Acute Care (Hybrid)

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group that delivers 24/7 virtual first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care for children with special healthcare needs. The company is looking for a Registered Nurse to work as a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care Registered Nurse, providing high-quality, family-centered care in the home and community while flexing into virtual acute care nursing to support urgent pediatric needs.

Requirements

• Active TN RN license required
• Compact license preferred
• Current residence in or around the Knoxville (Maryville TN area)
• PALS & BLS required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required
• EMS (EMT/P) experience and 2+ years of pediatric home care experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, ideally including high-acuity settings (ED, urgent care, transport, or similar)
• 1–2 years in pediatric emergency medicine experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
