Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to advance the organization's growth, brand, and mission.
Requirements
- 15+ years of prior relevant experience in marketing and communications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with direct responsibility for building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Proven success leading integrated marketing across B2B/B2B2C/D2C
- Deep experience in value-based care
- Proven experience engaging Medicaid populations and vulnerable or underserved populations
- Prior experience in a high-growth environment
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with internal customers and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional service
