Account Manager, Corporate EMEA

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. As an Account Manager, EMEA, you are responsible for driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell motions within an existing portfolio of SMB and mid-market corporate legal departments across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell motions
• A consistent track record of exceeding expansion or renewal quota
• Experience engaging Director, VP, and occasionally C-level stakeholders
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with a consultative selling approach
• Experience building ROI-driven business cases for expansion
• Ability to manage multi-threaded sales cycles across SMB and mid-market accounts
• Pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Comfort working across EMEA time zones and cultural contexts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
