Manager of UX Research

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of UX Research to lead our research practice and elevate the voice of the user across our enterprise platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success advocating for research within executive and engineering teams.
• Deep experience with both qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, analytics) methods.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and/or legal tech environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building research functions from the ground up or scaling existing teams.
• Familiarity with legal workflows, compliance, or document management systems is a plus.
