Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 3+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering/Advisory in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment
- Proven experience in proactively coaching leaders and providing guidance on people management issues and strategies
- Superior communication skills, able to convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships
