HR Business Partner

We are seeking a confident, driven and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our progressive and growing HR team, to partner with employees and leaders to drive high performance, employee engagement and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 3+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering/Advisory in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment
• Proven experience in proactively coaching leaders and providing guidance on people management issues and strategies
• Superior communication skills, able to convey confidence, empathy and trust via candor and diplomacy to build effective relationships
