Job Description
The Legal Counsel provides legal support to the group's strategic investments, M&A transactions, and corporate governance, acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders. The role includes exposure to corporate, regulatory, and other general legal matters within the Holding Legal Team.
Requirements
- Academic law degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, predominantly gained at a top-tier law firm
- Demonstrable experience in M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate law
- Venture capital experience and familiarity with working in a financial regulatory environment is a strong plus
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
