IMC is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to act as a strategic partner to Trading and Technology, translating complex regulatory and market conduct requirements into clear, pragmatic, and commercially sound guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compliance within financial markets
- Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to algorithmic trading firms (MiFID/RTS 6)
- Solid understanding of global financial markets and market structure
- Experience partnering with Trading and Technology in a business-aligned role
- Experience interacting with regulators and managing regulatory inquiries
