As a CRM Product Owner - Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for the global CRM solution using SalesForce.com platform for all commercial processes. You will be accountable for various objects in CRM, translating business requirements into user stories, and collaborating with developers to configure and develop the CRM platform.
Requirements
- Organize workshops to gather business requirements for new Commercial Processes and enhancements for existing ones
- Ensure alignment between different business stakeholders and produce a common process design
- Translate business needs and requirements into user stories including: who, what, why, acceptance criteria and testing scenarios
- Ensure the quality of the new features or enhancements by testing the developed functionalities in QA, UAT and Production
