My client is a fast-growing domestic energy supplier recruiting for a Senior Learning & Development Trainer to champion a culture of continuous learning and ensure employees can fulfill their potential. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the strategy that supports both operational training and the long-term business plan.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in writing and delivering classroom-based training
• Excellent planning and prioritizing skills
• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment with the ability to react to business needs
