Job Description

Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with a Canadian Bar Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in immigration law.
- Expertise in Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) processes and requirements.
- Experience negotiating with Canadian employers.
- Experience handling Judicial Review (JR) cases.
- Experience filing and managing Mandamus applications.
- Experience representing clients in appeals.
- Experience managing and advocating for refugee protection claims.
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedural nuances.
