Job Description
Immiland Law Professional Corporation seeks a passionate and highly qualified Immigration Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The lawyer will provide comprehensive guidance and support through the immigration process, representing clients in legal proceedings and ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration laws and policies.
Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with a Canadian Bar Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in immigration law.
- Expertise in Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) processes.
- Experience negotiating with Canadian employers.
- Experience handling Judicial Review (JR) cases.
- Experience filing and managing Mandamus applications.
- Experience representing clients in appeals before immigration authorities.
- Experience managing and advocating for refugee protection claims.
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedural nuances.
