Immunome is seeking a Senior IT Systems and Support Technician to serve as a technical lead and key contributor to enterprise systems administration, infrastructure operations, IT service management, and cybersecurity within a regulated biotech environment.
Requirements
- Advanced Tier 3 support
- Systems administration across Microsoft 365, identity and endpoint management, enterprise applications, and laboratory systems
- ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise
- ITIL-based environments experience
- Regulated industries (biotech, pharma, medical device) experience
- Washington State Pay Range $102,777—$131,784 USD
