Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or social commerce
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content formats, and creator ecosystem
• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or creator programs
• Fluent English
