Job Description
We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to help with short form and long form content who knows exactly how to edit YouTube videos, Instagram reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts for virality.
Requirements
- Edit long-form content: vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
- Work closely with our team to script and finalize concepts.
- Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
- Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill-sharing.
