Guest Experience Team Lead

Impact Kitchen is seeking a Guest Experience Team Lead to join their team in New York, NY. As a Guest Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting the hospitality standard high and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. You will create positive interactions at all moments in the guests journey and create a sense of community while taking orders, serving or siding. The role is a great opportunity for growth and development within the company, with a natural progression to Restaurant Assistant Manager.
