Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Case Manager to oversee and provide case management services for residents at a Women’s Recovery House located in Wilmington, Delaware. This position is responsible for supporting residents through individualized case planning, service coordination, and recovery-oriented care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, housing services, or a related field
- Experience providing case management services (strongly preferred)
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) credential (active or eligible to obtain within one year of hire)
