Job Description
We are seeking a Housing Services Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for acting as part of a team in the service delivery plan for persons with mental health and or addiction disorders and the care, guidance, supervision and training of clients in a supported or supervised housing program.
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus must be working towards an Associate Degree
- Two years' experience working with substance abusers in a residential setting preferred
- Ability to work with diverse population
- A familiarity with Twelve Step Program
- Working experience at least one year
