Installation Manager

Impact Property Solutions is searching for an experienced Installation Manager to lead the team and coordinate installations. The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The team member will be responsible for scheduling installations, resolving issues, and providing training to new employees. The position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years flooring fabrication experience
• Minimum 3 years project management experience
• Experience in multi-family construction preferred.
• Secondary education in business management or related field preferred.
