Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is a key leadership role responsible for elevating the Accounting & Financial operations of Impact Services. The individual will own the technical accounting of a nonprofit organization, lead the month-end close and support the audit readiness processes that enable the team to operate with excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including nonprofit accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting.
• Experience leading month-end close and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills clear, timely, and proactive.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and propose solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
