Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development / Outside Sales Representative with a proven history of B2B sales success and the ability to build high-value referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have industry experience selling restoration or construction services to Property Managers, Adjusters, and Insurance Agents, and will excel at creating and maintaining lasting partnerships that drive steady referral-based business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success
- High energy and positive attitude
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and confident presentation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
