Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will provide essential support for facilities-related initiatives, including MAC work orders, furniture installations, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial project coordination, facilities management, or procurement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, SAP, Ariba)
• Experience with vendor management and PO processing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
