Requirements
- Experience in Implementation, Support and Management of Contact Centre
- Experience of integration with back-end systems (CRM, databases etc.)
- Experience with multiple Contact Centre Vendors' products
- Engineering background and technical strength
- Background in software engineering and scripting languages
- Degree (or equivalent) qualified in an appropriate subject
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious
- Innovative, creative, and imaginative approach to solving problems
