Requirements

• Completed technical education
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in residential construction or high-end high-rise construction
• Excellent technical understanding and experience in coordinating construction projects
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and communication skills
• Professional appearance towards contractors and partners
• Good German skills, English an asset
