Job Description
Join Imprivata's team as a Manager, Engineering, and lead a software development team building a cloud-based identity and access management platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, including design, project planning, and guiding the development team through complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Deliver scheduled releases, functionality, and updates on expected schedule with scope as determined in partnership with Product and Release Management
- Manage several (8-12) on/offshore software engineers across 2 teams
- Recruit and retain top talent, coach and mentor engineers
- Oversee the development of Continuous Integration pipeline
- Collaborate with Sustaining and Customer Support organizations
