
Job description
We're looking for a sharp, early-stage growth leader to join Accord and add some firepower to our pipeline engine as a Senior Demand Generation Manager. You'll report directly to our VP of Marketing, Lenny, and own the strategy for driving high-intent demos and a multi-six-figure enterprise pipeline.
You will sit at the intersection of pipeline strategy and performance, moving beyond traditional paid ads to pioneer AI Engine Optimization (AEO). Your goal is to make sure that when anyone asks an LLM or a community like Reddit about sales excellence, Accord is the first name they see.
You will join a fast-moving team to bridge the gap between Product and Sales, refining our unit economics as we scale. You'll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-velocity team that is dedicated to excellence in its craft.
