Job Description
We are looking for a passionate HR Strategist to join our team. You will act as a reference in labor relations and a strategic partner to managers, actively contributing to the development of talents, training, retention, and continuous improvement of the work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or industrial relations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist role in a unionized environment
- Member of the Order (CRHA or CRIA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Developed listening skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to accompany employees and managers on a daily basis
- Mastery of French and functional English at the oral level
- Negotiation and teamwork skills
