Job Description
We're a creative agency looking for a Full-Time Creative Video Producer to join our partner agency Creative Milkshake in Amsterdam. As a Creative Producer, you'll lead end-to-end production of short-form video content for paid social, working closely with creative strategists, video editors, and account managers.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience producing short-form content for brands, agencies, or studios
- Confidence leading shoots from start to finish
- Strong balance of creative vision and executional precision
- Ability to manage multiple briefs, shot lists, and production sets
- Clear, thoughtful communication across teams
- High level of organization and consistency
