InBody is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed quotas and objectives within the Medical & Academic industry.
Requirements
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers
- Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed quotas
- Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online channels
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and deliver tailored product or solution presentations
- Conduct in-person meetings and visits to customer sites, wellness facilities, and events
- Develop and foster relationships
- Maintain close communication with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention within the medical, academic, and corporate market
- Execute sales strategies
- Adhere to current and updated strategies, KPIs, and policies
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to align sales strategies across departments
- Meet and exceed targets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
- Track progress and results
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system
- Research and understand the target market
- Stay abreast of medical/academic industry trends, best practices, and InBody's market opportunities
