Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide a positive and welcoming experience for our patients as the first point of contact. You will schedule appointments, manage phones and emails, and direct patient inquiries with care and accuracy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of administrative medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred
