Job Description
The Patient Service Representative will greet patients, obtain demographic and insurance information, and assist with billing, telephone coverage, and chart pulls. The role requires a positive attitude, basic knowledge of insurance plans, and proficiency in computer software use.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years medical office experience
- Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid
