Requirements
- Maintain payroll records
- Enter and manage data within HRIS system
- Generate reports
- Audit payroll information for accuracy
- Verify timekeeping records
- Answer inquiries regarding PTO balances
- Record payroll data in software system
- Verify all amounts prior to payroll processing
- Process bi-weekly payrolls
- Run payroll reports through payroll system
- Maintain accurate and organized files
- Work closely with leaders across the organization
- Support and actively participates in initiatives designed to improve individual and organizational performance
