Job Description
The Multifamily Maintenance Technician is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades role responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and overall upkeep of a multifamily residential community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or commercial settings
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and prioritize tasks
