Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, routine maintenance, and light installations across HOA communities.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential HOA communities
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they escalate
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job status
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols, HOA rules, and company standards at all times
