InCharge Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in developing and managing large-scale partnerships across lighting and electrical services, EPC, and support. The role requires 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development in a technical, infrastructure, or clean energy space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development in a technical, infrastructure, or clean energy space
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic programs with large enterprise accounts (>$10M annually)
- Strong finance and analytical background that can help drive sales with customers pursuing energy efficient solutions
- High degree of entrepreneurial spirit where you can demonstrate experience building or developing a new product, service, or business line
- Strong background in the lighting and electrical business, fleet electrification, energy-as-a-service (EaaS), or large-scale infrastructure deployment
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including internal cross-functional teams and external client decision-makers
- High comfort level with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), contract management, and sales forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and technical audiences
- Superb presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support enterprise relationships and account execution
