Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team at incident.io. As a founding member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive complex deals forward and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS company
- Inquisitive and curious nature with a desire to continuous learning
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in a clear, concise manner
