Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical aptitude with a natural curiosity to understand how things work and why - including our technology, but also incident management, and our customers and personas
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience explaining complex topics in a clear manner, and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a track record of seeking out new challenges and embracing feedback to improve performance
