Job Description
Included Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to manage the Office of the CEO and amplify strategy into execution. The role focuses on translating CEO priorities into sequenced plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficiency across the organization. Success includes faster cycles, higher leverage, and durable execution at scale.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in a mix of strategy and execution roles
- Masters of Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience within the Healthcare Industry
- Operator’s toolkit: planning/OKRs, program management at scale, decision memos, dashboards, and exec-caliber communications.
- Financial fluency (linking strategy to P&L, unit economics, headcount, ROI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High judgment and discretion
- Strong systems thinking and prioritization
- Change-management experience
- Brings positivity, humor, and resilience
- Prompt and regular attendance
