The Senior Manager, Consultant Strategy & Relations (CSR) will play a key role in strengthening Included Health’s relationships with the broker and consulting community and increasing market preference for our solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits
- Direct experience at a consulting or brokerage firm
- Proven ability to influence consultant recommendations and drive preference for specific solutions
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales or advisory engagements
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Strong relationship management skills
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
