Job Description
Incluyeme.com is a social organization that works for the social labor inclusion of people with disabilities in 14 countries. We are seeking an Inclusive Recruitment Consultant to lead the recruitment process from start to finish and work with clients to promote an inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Conduct job postings with the client to know the requirements and working conditions.
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, supervising the mapping of candidates, interview and presentation of profiles to the client.
- Recruitment of candidates for projects and proposals.
- Create alliances with universities, municipalities, NGOs, etc. to disseminate our vacancies and increase our applicant base.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and streamline our internal processes.
- Participate in training sessions for clients on hiring people with disabilities.
