Requirements
- Conduct job postings with clients to know requirements and working conditions
- Perform recruitment process from start to finish: candidate mapping, interview, and presentation of profiles to the client
- Refer profiles from database to vacancies assigned by Inclusive Recruitment Consultants
- Provide feedback to candidates on selection process
- Set constant profile expectations with Inclusive Recruitment Consultants
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Create alliances with universities, municipalities, NGOs, etc. to disseminate vacancies and increase applicant base
