Your Tasks
As IT System Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning, configuring, and commissioning server systems, clients, network components, and peripherals. You comprehensively and solution-oriented support customers in the school sector (approximately 50% on-site and 50% remotely) and are responsible for designing infrastructure for pedagogical solutions (e.g. paedML Windows / Novell, MNSPro) and administrative applications for school operations. And so, you contribute every day to accompany schools in digitalization, quickly create added value, and provide students and teachers with a high-performance solution.
Must Haves
- Experience in planning, building, and operating complex IT infrastructure environments in the Windows and/or Linux domain, preferably as a System Engineer, IT Consultant, or IT Administrator
- Good understanding of network technologies and network services
- Practical experience in Azure and M365 Cloud Services
- Secure proficiency in German in writing and speaking
- Driver's license Class B
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of school-specific systems, such as the administration network (e.g. KISS, Belwü) and network solutions (paedML)
