Requirements

• Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas.
• Apply usability and accessibility best practices to improve digital experiences.
• Work with and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure design consistency across pages, templates, and digital interfaces.
• Review existing websites and platforms to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business and user needs into clear UX solutions and design recommendations.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Participate in client discussions and working sessions to understand requirements.
• Clearly explain design decisions and UX recommendations.
• Help resolve UI/UX issues or questions during client calls.
• Collaborate with content teams, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
