The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is a front-line care provider and coordinator of the healthcare team. The CNC applies the nursing process to guide efforts for systematic, quality, and safety improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- One (1) year experience in relevant nursing field
- Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice
